BIBLE REFERENCE SCRIPTURES
~~This section is frequently updated.~~
Church attendance is fine, as it is God's desire for his children to congregate together as often as possible. Yet, the total reliance of "church attendance" for the purpose of learning of God and becoming familiar with the Word is not wise or beneficial to spiritual growth. Just as we desire to obtain college degrees and trades, we also learn that reading and research are vital tools to the understanding and success of our pursuits. When we familiarize ourselves with God's word and his requirements of us, we are in a position to separate the inaccurate from the accurate information that is being set forth in our churches. It is only then that we can make sound-minded decisions about where is best for us to worship.
No single ministry is superior to another. All aspects of God's ministries affect those who experience them. For example, Usher Ministry can either draw or discourage church visitors to return, depending on how they were received at the door. God's spirit is to show in every aspect of a Christian's life. All of the ministries are meant to collaborate to create a "complete" worship experience for God and his people.
As Lisa shies away from claiming a "religion", she acknowledges that it creates division among worshipers, due to varied man-made doctrines that are established. Rather than claiming "religion" or "denomination", Lisa has learned that testing the God that we endeavor to serve is the most effective way to really learn of his worthiness to be served. Testing brings about our qualification to testify to either the goodness or credibility of our potential Gods. Our personal experiences that result from those tests bring about the blessed assurance that we are (or are not) serving the true and living God.
As a result of Lisa's personal studies, the bible reference scriptures, below, are offered to aid with the correlated times listed. It's comforting to know that clarity and inspiration is available for every situation and that our Maker took the time to prepare guidance for us, as he knew that trials would be in store for us.
